Voxelway ("Voxelway", "we", "us") operates the website voxelway.com and provides digital dentistry education programs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website, register your interest in a program, enroll, or communicate with us.

- Information you give us: name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address, country, speciality and job, and any message you send through our forms, WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Enrollment data: program, batch, invoices and payment confirmations (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by banks or payment providers).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels.
- Learning data: course progress, submitted cases and designs, attendance in live sessions.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you (including on WhatsApp) about programs you asked about.
- To enroll you, deliver the program, evaluate your cases and issue certificates.
- To send educational content, program announcements and offers by email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our website, content and advertising, including through Meta, Google and similar platforms.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or subscribe), the performance of a contract (when you enroll), our legitimate interests (improving our services and marketing to existing contacts) and legal obligations.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our CRM and website platform (Odoo), email delivery (Amazon Web Services), messaging (WhatsApp Business), video and learning platforms, payment providers and advertising platforms (Meta, Google). These providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may store data in the European Union, the United States or other regions. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection for these transfers.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and market relevant programs, and enrollment records for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

We use reputable platforms with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
10. Children
Our services are intended for dental professionals and students of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
